Important: is your S9/S5/Spartan AGPS up-to-date when Syncing with the Suunto app?

@suzzlo me three. I checked mine and it was 21st July, then attempted to update/sync via SA and waited about 15 min, checked version and it was the same. Did the 12s reset and the version changed to N/A, synced with SA and waited 15 min, still N/A. Then I tried SL and now my SSU is stuck in an “Optimizing GPS performance” loop on SL. Updating with SA does nothing.
Maybe I will force-flash the watch when it charges up and try again, but I don’t really want to set up my custom sport modes and custom HR zones again

I do not see why a reflash of the firmware will help.
Try with MC mobile, probably you will get 21/07/2019

@cosmecosta yes, you are right - I tried reflashing and finally got at least 21/7/2019 instead of N/A, and Suuntolink is still in a loop.

Anytime @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos. I hope Suunto finds a fix as soon as possible if not I’m still going to run, with a bad track but running, that eventually is what matters.

My was also stuck at 21.07.! After 12sec reset now it’s N/A after trying to sync a few times.

Hi all. I understand that this is a big issue at the moment.
I can help but I need the app logs from Android.
On the android app, go to settings and tap the version many times.
Logging will start.
Once this is started please try to sync the watch to get AGPS.
Once this is done go again and tap the version many times to stop the logging.
After this is done., you will have a folder called stt-dump. Zip that folder and upload it somewhere and share it with me in a private message.

SA latest beta
Android 9GPS shows N/A, but sync of activities is okay. GPS fix is okay, GPS accuracy is okay.
No problems with the watch.

SSU & SSWHR stuck on 21/07/21 as well and also looping in Suuntolink.
Have not reset or anything else -
