Push Notification is not working…iOS

@Akos-Hajas Not clear on what you mean here. For iOS notifications that appear on the lock screen will appear on the watch. Which watch do you have and what iOS version and what app version? In the app you also need to specify which push notifications you want to have sent. If you do not allow these in system notifications they will not appear and will not get sent to the watch.

@Brad_Olwin I ment for iOS notification that appear on the lock screen…from friends moves, from friends likes…I have S9 baro iOS 12.4.1 and SA 1.11.0 (7425)

Check if in the personal settings of the SuuntoApp the notifications are enabled. (UserProfile -> Setting -> Notifications)

@Akos-Hajas This is working for me, are any notifications appearing? You might try a soft reset on the watch, upper right button for 12s. Sometimes I need to force quit the app to get notifications working again. And to double check, you have in the app settings for SA not general for iPhone, push notifications set as well as general notifications in general settings on the iPhone for SA?

@Brad_Olwin every other push notification is working only this one not from the SA…

@Akos-Hajas Maybe something is corrupted, did you try reinstalling the app?

I can not help, but I have exactly the same problem. I was trying to solve it without any success. for sure it is not related to watch, it is related to app itself.

@Akos-Hajas OK, I turned all of my notifications on in the app and I am not receiving either. I will report this as a bug! Thanks for your patience!

Hello i have the same problem since a long time on android.
It has started when i set new parameter on each type of notification of the app.Phone: Blackview 9500 android 8.1
Watches: S9 baro & ambit run
S9 on SA… a lot of features are still missing -

the SA make no notification on my phone, new activities from followed people, new comment, activities liked by followers…
nothing happens.
A friend had the same problem on adroid too. -

Perhaps try turning them off on? In general notifications are a system thing.
