Bug: Wrong day of the week

My spartan sport wrist he shows the wrong day of the week since 3 months. I tried to download the upgraded fw (reported to fix this bug) and load it in my watch but because my watch is seen as already upgraded (my fw is 2.8.24) the new fw able to fix the bug is not loaded in my watch. How can I do to fix this issue?

Are you using suuntolink for fw upgrade? -
@sartoric yes. Because of the recent version of the fw already installed (2.8.24,) in my watch it does not load the new one (2.8.32) with the upgrade to fix the issue.

That’s strange.
Have you tried to soft reset the watch and check if it gets the upgrade ? -

Don’t you know the manual update FW with Suuntolink, if you have the FW zip file ?
Your watch is spartan sport wrist, right ?
For all who knows, is it Ibiza model ? or may link user to the right FW file ? -
@isazi Tried but after filling thousand data it crash before sending… any number for a call to support?

Have you tried to download manually the firmware file and upgrade manually?
