      Hi,
A few minutes ago I saw that time on my watch is completely wrong. After sinc with app time is ok but how it happens? Why?

And in the meantime I saw that my last walk is not sinc with Suunto app?! I used GPS mode OK and I see it in Strava but not in Suunto app.

      Kind regards,
      Tomek

@tomahawk5000 I am on iOS so I may not be able to help much but I would switch to the beta SA app. I know the time sync was fixed some time ago.

Wrong time is one story second one is sinc issue. Should I somehow connect this two problems with my walk with the most power save mode for GPS?
As I said I see this walk only in Strava no in Endomondo and Suunto app.
Maybe but only maybe during this walk with GPS setting my watch disconnect with phone or something like this and this was the reason why time was wrong?

Ps on Strava I see only statistic information no map.

Sorry for my bad English. Hope your are able to understand what I wanted to say 😛

              Kind regards,
              Tomek

If you see it in Strava, then it has been “read” from your watch, and synced to cloud.
Please uninstall the app and reinstall it, and tell us 🤔
Your move should be resynced or just read from cloud.

I did it as you said but still nothing…
                  Strange

Ps maybe it’s important maybe not. On watch I see just time, distance and speed nothing else

PS2 now I don’t see that workout even in Strava but I’m sure that it was there. Anyway now I see that just in logbook on my watch

                  Kind regards,

Have you made a firmware update after your move? Or a watch hard reset?
If yes, your move is lost, unfortunetly.

@Mff73 how I made firmware update? I’m not sure what do you mean. Firmware update on my watch? It’s only one way I guess? Via original app on Windows platform.
I’ve never made hard reset (I mean this via Windows app) only this by first button on watch.
To by honest I don’t care about this workout but I just want to understand what/how this happend and how to avoid similar situations once I will made more important workout, for now I know that better is to not use this GPS option (less accuracy)

                      Kind regards,
                      Tomek

                        I am totally lost 😞
You had it in strava…but no more.
You never had it in SA nor in Endomondo.
It is on your watch, but you never hardreset your watch (=reset to factory with Windows Suuntolink).
On your watch you see only the duration, distance and speed, but no graph, nothing else (maybe due to GPS OK mode ?).
You desinstalled the SuuntoApp and reinstalled it and nothing.

@Mff73 yes it’s all true what you said. Should I make hard reset? After this I lost my days about vo2max and prepared workout? I mean this information what I see during exercise?

if you do a hardreset you will lose this activity, it is sure, and all other activities that eventually are not synced.
So if you really want to investigate, no hardreset.
But your other problem was time totally weird, right ? For this, maybe a hardreset could help, but if it happens again.

For your activity not in SA, the most strange is that it disapeared from Strava, it shouldn’t.
I don’t have any other idea. Except check on Sportstracker site if your activity is there.

                                Using your SA credentials.
it is not the SA web page, but sportstracker share the same database with SuuntoApp, so things can happen here and there differently.

@tomahawk5000 They are counted if you are doing walking or running, I don’t know about cycling. The watch makes an estimate but I have found it very low.
