Suunto core reonsert battery

I was in bed and wanted to look at the time turned on the backlight and the watch lagged. Now all it says is reinsert battery. Before this the watch didn’t say the battery was low and I’m hesitant to open the watch as I don’t have a spare ring onhand and with the current pandemic situatuion in my country repair shops aren’t open. Thank you for any advice.

Edit: sorry for typos I’m on mobile.If you open with care you can change battery. almost for sure is only a dead battery.
After you can change the oring. -

Nevermind I can’t read gonna have to get an o-ring.
