Question about POI naming

Hello,

im thinkting of getting a used Suunto Ambit3 (Peak or Vertical) but i have a question about naming Waypoints / POI / Coordinates: How many chars can be entered for the naming? I want to save telephone numbers according to the coordinates e.g.: “hotel 017112345678” or something. Can anyone tell me how many chars per name entry are possible?

Hi, in movescount (the online platform were you can enter watch settings) you can enter 14 characters. I give the POI’s names I can also find on a map and save the phone number on the mobile phone.
I would recommend buying a used ambit3 peak (not vertical) because of the longer battery life.
