I’m not sure if it is meant to work this way but to me it is a little bit counter-intuitive.

Sometimes I want to save a location as POI. So during an activity I go to the navigation screen -> “your location”. I press “Save” and select a POI type. Job done.

However, I found out that if you do these actions while moving, the POI’s were never correct.
If you select “Your location” you see the coordinates change while moving. I would expect that if I press the “Save” button, the coordinates displayed at that time are the ones that are saved as POI.
Turns out that the coordinates of the POI are the lat/lon where you are after you select the POI type.

So as a workaround, I have to select “Your location” and press “Save”, go to the POI type and wait to press the middle button until I reach the POI to get the right location.
To me it would seem much more logical to save the location where I was when I press “Save” so it doesn’t matter how long it takes me to select the right POI type.

I support that fromthe logical point of view, even I will not use it very often.
I think it’s good when you can save the correct location and do the administrative work later 👍
