I had zero experience with these firmwares, I only searched the links and put it together.
I will update the firset ones.
If you have for S9P (I believe it can be only flashed via app) share and I will update

For S9P, I pick the firmware file in my android app during update, but I am really not sure how and if manual update is possible.
Also, can’t get any url to download this file.

@mff73 manual update is possible for S9P (I did it), you just open the link to the zip file and the app sends it to your watch.

I only gathered firmwares which I found links on the forum. And I haven’t found for the S3.
Updated now with links for 2.18.18 including the S3.
If anyone has the links for 2.18.20 share and I will put on the post.

@lalo have just checked - works for me. Maybe try a different browser / copy the link etc. The file is online

like @Egika said, it is working, but, in my own case (computer and browser), just clicking on the link doesn’t work, but i need to copy the link url and paste it in the browser adress bar, and it downloads.
