      Hi team

i have an issue that happened on the second time this night: the touch screen stops working while in DND (it was after the night sleep

      i did the following

      1. the watch was in automatic DND (i was supposed to be at bed)
      2. i tried to start an excersice which i cancelled then
      3. the watch kept the backlight on (a bit dimmed but on) and the sensor wouldn’t turn it off irrespective of how much time i would leave it on the side
      4. the touche screen wouldn’t respond and i had to turn off the watch

@thanasis I know this is almost a year ago, but is this still happening? Because on my vertical the touch screen occasionally stops working (quite often) out of nowhere for almost a minute or so. It happens suddenly just like that, while I am checking data on the watch. I cannot scroll, swipe back, nothing. The buttons however still work. Then after some time it works again. Am I the only one?

@timecode It does happen to me very occassionally - but I don’t recall it since the last update, and maybe only 3 or 4 times in the 8 months before that. But it always started working
          again by itself, so…

@Swaddy61 good to know I am not the only one. But it’s happening after the last update as well - i.e. today.

@timecode it hasn’t happened ever since but it may be related with the alarm not being triggered at times… I believe that’s the most annoying thing, not being certain that the alarm will ring when it is supposed to

It’s happened to me as well. I also have the feeling that the battery in these times drains faster.
