VO2 Max disappeared after hard reset
-
My 9Peak Pro displayed an estimated VO2 Max after each run. Two weeks ago I made a hard reset because I couldn‘t connect to my iPhone anymore. This part worked - it‘s connected again - but now there is no estimated VO2 Max anymore after running. I did several running, all longer than 15 min, all with high bpm (same as before when it worked). Does anyone know this problem? Any suggestions what to do about it?
I‘m a hobby athlete without ambitions, but it‘s annoying… -
@sususanne With the hard reset is normal that you have lost it, on the other hand I’m not sure why you did a hard reset for a connection issue, I would have uninstall and reinstall the app first and forget the watch in the phone and soft reset, I have never needed a hard reset in this situation.
Sure the VO2 max will return but for reason your activities doesn’t match all the requirements yet, I would run longer just in case.

@cosme-costa mmmh, I did a hard reset because the soft one didn‘t work. This was suggested by suunto support website. When I bought the watch 6 months ago it displayed the VO2 Max after my first run. Now I did already 6 identical runs…

I have a similar problem: since the last update, my VO2max still blocked. the value stay at 50.9 even if I stopped running during 2 weeks.
