    hi,
i am a big fan of the manual interval and manual hill interval app. the only problem i have with these are, that you have interval and then rest screen if you push the lap button, after that you get the next interval. for classic trainings it is great. but when you do fartlek, or tempo changes (one fast, medium, easy, fast, medium etc. ) you cant use the app nicely. because on the rest screen you only see hr and time, no pace. And i need the pace to regulate my rest or slower segments.
so my suggestion is to make a suunto+ app where you can see the great intervall screen from the manual intervall app every time i use the lap button so no more rest screen. that would be great. or native screens for auto lap and simultaneously manual lap.

@Sebastian-Wagner-0 Have you tried to use structured workout with pace as a target for these purposes? I think it might fir your needs

thx for the idea. but i need the possibility to do manual laps and not structured workouts.

i decide on the fly how long i will push, or start at the beginning of a hill and there it is best to use manual laps

@Sebastian-Wagner-0 I think this should be possible with a custom sport profile. You could add a data screen with all the values you need.

only if i disable auto lap. because when you use auto lap and manual lap simultaneously, and let a screen show your lap time/pace/distance it shows the autolap data. i like to get both 😉

a bit of clarification for the suggestion. i would like to get a s+ app that is called manual lap. so that i can use auto lap and manual lap simultaneously (which is possible) and show both laps in different training screens. At the moment you see the auto lap (when activated) when you use the native lap in a screen, so to see both you have to use a s+ app, but there only intervals with rest in alternating order is possible. and i think every time to see the lap stats (like tempo, hr, lap time etc.) is way better and you can decide on the fly how you use the lap fort fartlegs, thempo changes, hills that have different portion etc.
