      I’m getting really frustrated at the Suunto 9 Peak Pro. For the last few months it seems to keep ‘forgetting’ how to connect and synch… But it is still connected via bluetooth, it just doesn’t synch activities or anything within the Suunto App.
      Shows up on Pixel 8 homescreen, so is clearly connected
      Won’t synch anything in app.

      Every time this happens I need to forget bluetooth device in settings on both ends and re-connect.

      Whats the best way to get support / solve for this?

        @kirkcavell In my experience this issue normally come from the phone. Are you in a stable version on Android or beta?
        I’m using a Pixel 6a with the latest beta and with the S9B I had this from time to time, restarting the phone solved the issue, since two or three betas ago I haven’t had the issue again. With the SV (less than two weeks with it) I haven’t seen this issue.
        My wife using a Pixel 6a too (stable Android channel) and syncing a S5P have this issue once and never more.

        If I were you I would delete the connection in SA, phone settings and watch, then restart both phone and watch and re-pair everything again to see if happens again. If it happens again, I would do the same but uninstalling and reinstalling SA and if it happens again then I would contact support. Maybe you can check with another phone to discard it.

          I think that the Pixel smartphones are a bit unique when it comes to Bluetooth. In the last two weeks I got a 5 Peak and a 9 Peak Pro and had to turn Bluetooth on the Pixel 6 off and then back on again in order to be able to connect the new watches to the Suunto app.

          I cannot permanently connect my treadmill to the Pixel 6 (Android 14) because the connection is regularly terminated after 5 seconds. On the other hand, the treadmill connects easily to a Lenovo tablet (Android 12).

            @kirkcavell I had similar issues with 9PP.
            Sometimes it helped to delete a few activities from the watch’s memory, deselect routes to be used on the watch, reinstall the application, remove the connection and add it again etc.

            Overall, an annoying problem affecting both the phone and tablet. Which suggests that it’s a problem on the watch’s side.
