Vertical Titanium / Suunto App: Numerous errors.

I now have some profound problems with the Suunto Vertical and the app interface.

DespiteAppllowing all the guidelines, I have never had any HRV data and suddenly my VO2 Max data has disappeared from the app.

This is a shame as the watch itself is splendid.

I have restarted the watch in the hope that the data, if there is any, will be synced, but nothing has happened.

All the appropriate widgets have been checked, all to no avail.

Is there anyone else who has had or is having a similar experience?

Any help or shared experience would be a great help.

In conclusion; Suunto seem to have zero contact possibilities which, for a company in competition with the United States giants of Apple, and Garmin, is little short of insane.

@Retired-Assistant Once, I also had some of the data that seemed to be gone from the app (VO2, steps…).
It seems that is was a temporary bug of the app. Very few days after it’s was back in the app, after having deleted and reinstalled the app (I’m under iOS)…
You could try this => remove app, restart phone and reinstall app.
I assumed you turned ON sleep tracking and HRV tracking in your watch settings ?
Have you any HRV values displayed in you watch ?

For some reason, I have never had any HRV data on the watch.

And yes, all the sleep-tracking widgets are on, so the HRV tracking remains a mystery.

I’ll try your suggestion regarding the app and let you know what happens.

did you activate the HRV MEASUREMENT in the sleep Options in your watch?

@Retired-Assistant If you activate the HRV MEASUREMENT in the sleep widget in your watch sleep the next night with your watch in your wrist. And look tomorrow if you have a HRV value. The HRV only will be measured during the sleep in the night. There is No Option to Check your HRV everytime.How did your HRV widget Looks? Sent Picture from my one.

@Retired-Assistant can you post photos of HRV? Are you seeing any values in sleep summary on the app? Can you post photos for that as well? Make sure sleep tracking is on with hours, sleep target is set, 24/7 HR tracking is on and HRV tracking is on.
