Hello! It’s been a while since this post and I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem.
I’ve had that problem too. In the middle of the hiking activity, I was looking at the map and everything was fine. I stop looking at it for a moment and the screen turns off.
Sometimes the off screen stays locked and you have to turn on the watch, and other times the activity ends (it is saved in the suunto app) and stays on the watch’s home screen.
Has anyone found the solution? Even if it’s provisional? Thank you.

@Carlos97atz you should not have a crash! If you are on latest firmware send logs to Suunto within 24h of crash and PM me with time and date logs sent and your email for SA so they can locate the logs.

About the email that I have to send you, why? Are you a Suunto developer or something? I do not understand why. Yes, I have the latest version of the firmware. -
@Carlos97atz In the app and have the watch connected. Where your personal settings are on that page you can send logs to Suunto. I have an iPhone and may be different for Android. Must be less than 24h since the issue.

I can confirm that the “SEND LOGS” is in the same place as you described (just checked for android).
