hart rate measurement problem

Even though I disable the heart rate measurement option in a certain workout, the watch measures heart rate and even shows a summary in the app.
The strange thing is that the watch is held in the air it doesn’t detect heart rate but when I put it on the table it suddenly starts measuring heart rate
Has anyone encountered this problem -
@Danny-poleg yes If you hold your watch in the air the watch cannot measure refkekting light… On a table the watch can receive the reflecting light… So you got a “heart rate”
