After the last software update, the battery is draining very quickly. I charged the battery yesterday (100%) and today it is already at 69%! How to solve this problem?

@ruisg you may want to do a battery recalibration. After a firmware update battery drain is common so discharging completely until charge icon shoes up and then charging to 100% will reset the battery consumption.

@Todd-Danielczyk I didn’t know about this battery calibration procedure. I will try this procedure. I just hope I don’t run out of 0% battery on the mountain trail! 🙂

Do not drain it completely, around 2% you should get an alert to charge it and no more watchface. Do it 😉

@sartoric I completely forgot that the watch holds “some charge” (in this case 2%) and should have stated until the charge icon shows up.

Thanks for clarifying the percentages! 👍

Should be 2% or 5% … anyway the icon shows up 😁

                          Pls check airplane mode

I have to go into the settings, connectivity, to activate the airplane mode for real, and to cut the bluetooth connection to the iPhone.

But the airplane switch in the control panel has no effect. Regardless of whether you switch it on or off.
