Training's heat map into a trail

Hello,
I’ve used the Ice for a week in the remote mountains of Norway and I’m super happy with it. Very efficient as well as easy to navigate.
One question remains, though. I did a “training”, a skitour without planning the route in advance. The route, however, is afterwards obviously visible for me in the Suunto app, but not in the route selection of the Race.
How can I bring the heat map of this training into a “route”, so that I could use this rather difficult track of my training the next year for finding the same route. Obviously, I can draw a new route, and use the heat map as a model/base for the plan, but I was wondering if there is a direct way of transferring the heat map into a route?

@Siiroja you can export the route as a GPX file. On iPhone simply touch the ellipsis when on the overview of your activity
