    Hi all,
I have the SPP9 for 5 months now, very happy with it, but I noticed one major issue about the baromter and altitude data :

    • I cannot do an altitude auto calibration. Each time I try to do it, I got the message “GPS is too weak”. No matter where I am (inside, outside, on the mountains, by the sea, on the road…), even after a synch with the Suunto app.

    • For a week now, I don’t get any altitude at all. Each time I try to do a calibration, I got the same message “GPS is too weak”. See picture attached.

I tried a soft reset and a hard reset. Still the same problem. Any advice ?

    Thank you for your help.

    Best,

    Hugo

@Hugo15 I have never seen anything like that, makes me worried that your altimeter may be broken. What if you set the altitude manually? I would contact support anyway.

@isazi And the strange thing is the GPS ic correctly working. When I go running, the GPS track is correct. SO at least, why can’t I get the altitude from the GPS ? weird
