Suunto Spartan Assistef GPS not available after soft reset

Hello,

I have problem with my suunto spartan HR baro, after soft reset, there is no assisted GPS.
I try connect suunto app both directly with cable data on my laptop and sync with Bluetooth.
Before i start running yesterday.

I also try go to open area location, the GPS can locked (the Gps sign solid color) after several minutes, and i start run 10K… but I check my track route is the worst tracking up, there was so many offset kinked line.

Then i check on setting, the assisted GPS still not
Available.

My software version v 2.8.32 is up to date according to website.

Does anyone have ideas how to deal with this matter?

1. Assisted GPS data are automatically deleted when you soft reset your watch.
2. After the sync, watch needs up to 15 minutes to process the newly synced assisted GPS data.
