      Timers and especially alarm clocks will no longer work. This is a problem in itself.
      Is it possible to “officially” open an incident with Suunto for such a problem and create a ticket? If so, where?

            Hey sorry to make this post going up but i’ve just got my SO few days ago and i’m very annoyed by not getting any vibration for the notifications. Does it work for you ? I’ve tried the settings people told you but it doesn’t work for me, any advice ?

              Hi @Yo_Han, was the same for me in the beginning. I did a softreset (see manual section 3.21) and afterwards I got the vibration notification…

                @Frank-Scholer Hey Frank ! Thank you very for your reply ! I’ve checked how to process the software reset (by pressing 12 seconds the superior button) but it doesn’t do anything (i’ve tried many times, longer push/shorter)
                I’ve just reboot the watch by turn it off and on again but now i don’t even have the notification on the watch anymore. Hope i don’t need a factory reset as i have already done some dives with it.

                Also, do you know if the watch can vibrate if ascending too fast while diving ? (I wanted a new computer for that, the guy in the shop told me yes but i’m not sure as it didn’t do it underwater)

                      I just got the Ocean yesterday 7/10/25. I am having the issue described at the beginning of this thread. BUT, I dont have the same options. The options I have are: Tones buttons on/off, vibration on/off, alarm. I don’t have a “all off.” Am I missing something? I just did a hard reset and nothing changed. This is a dealbreaker for me if I am going to keep this thing (I hate the sounds, but like the notifications).

                        Have you updated the Ocean to latest firmware? Stock watches carry old firmware on delivery.
