    What's the lowest heart rate that OHR can measure?

      On 9 Baro the lowest I’ve seen it catch is 34 or 35 but I know my RHR to occasionally dip lower than that. What about the newer watches, has their sensors improved?

        Now that the Finnish summer vacations are over, let’s try again!

        The reason I ask is because on Oura ring, “technical limitations” are cited as reason that 33 is the lowest heart rate it can measure.

        For comparison, I have recorded some nights with Polar OH1. The lowest numbers it has shown have been 30, 31 and 32 with reasonable graphs but who knows about the accuracy…

        I did in fact upgrade from 9B to 9PP after all and so far it has measured 32 and 33 a couple of times. We’ll see what happens when it’s time for a marathon taper 🙂
