Watch randomly starts to vibrate during tracking

Today I was tracking multiple glider flights with the paragliding mode and variometer and weather enabled.
Between flights I left the tracking running and did not end or pause.
During the time on the ground it happened twice that the watch would just start pulsing the vibration as if I was getting a call. No notification was shown in the screen of the watch and there was no notification on my phone either.
The vibration would stop after about 20 seconds. It is not clear to me of pausing the workout triggers the vibration to stop.
I have sent the logs to Suunto trough the app.
