My 9PP used to be able to record how long the distance I’ve run when I used threadmill. But it didn’t capture properly since Jun 2024. The GPS is already turned on and off for threadmill mode but doesn’t help.

I should be running like 3-4 km after 30 mins but it recorded like less than 1km.

    What is missing ?

the treadmill distance is calibrated from outdoor runs with GPS.
The watch matches your individual arm movement to the GPS data and uses this for indoor running.

Try an outdoor run to get the calibration.

Then: After running on the treadmill you can manually adjust the real distance reported by the treadmill in the activity summary screen on the watch, if you want
