Changing Activity Distance Units (miles or km)

Is there any way of changing the units from km to miles or miles to km for an activity such as running ? Road races can be either (in the UK, eg 10 km or 10 mile race is possible), so it is convenient to see the distance in the units used by the race organiser.
The Suunto 5 allowed me to change the distance units in the settings, maybe I’ve missed it in the Race S settings, it only seems to allow it to be set in initial settings from reset. -

@duffman19 Thank you, made my day. The same way the Suunto 5 worked (via language setting) but somehow I’d not found it.
