    just a question!
can the hard reset cause permanently problems in some hardware part of the watch in relation to the more smooth soft reset?
surely the negative thing is that the watch returns to its original form and all the data is lost, but if it happens often does affect memory cells or battery memory/cells and more?
    thanks!

@gerasimos said in hard reset vs soft reset:

cause permanently problems in some hardware part

Well, it should have been named “auto destruct” not “hard reset” 😁

It is in fact a “factory reset” to restore the watch at its born state

@sartoric hahaha 😂 indeed. (auto destruct)
My question is basically in after many hard resets…if the watch affected in HD

@gerasimos after an incredibly high amount of erase/reflash cycles the storage may suffer, but I believe you should spend days just doing that to achieve your goal

@isazi it’s a silly question but i want to understand the functionality better…

It’s so powerful watch, i want to find out how i can destroy it from inside out 😆😆
Thanks for the answer by the way!
