I connected my vertical to a hotspot provided by my UK broadband supplier. It seemed to work well until I visited Riga last week and for some reason the watch went mad trying to connect to the UK hotspot every few seconds. I couldn’t sync the watch with the app as it kept trying to join this fantom hotspot. Eventually I turned off Bluetooth on my phone and the watch stopped trying to connect to the hotspot. I decided to delete the hotspot from my phone app and then switched Bluetooth back on. The phone went made again trying to connect to the fantom hotspot. So this time after switching Bluetooth off I reset the phone. All data was erased - personal information, maps etc. I then set up the watch again but didn’t add the WiFi hotspot. Everything seemed to be ok, but now back in the UK however the watch is still occasionally trying to connect to the hotspot even though it doesn’t appear in the WiFi list. It’s getting really annoying as it keeps buzzing and vibrating when trying to connect. How can I clean the watch WiFi memory?

@SnowSailor I realised after posting this that it’s my phone that is trying to connect and sending messages to the watch.

        right.

the watch does not notify you about it connecting to WiFi by sound and vibration
