Race preparation with partnerservice

Hi everyone, I just bought the Race S and I d like to get a training program for a specific race on my watch. It seems possible with partnerservices such as Runmotion, but the data export to the watch requests a premium abo. Do you know any way to get it for free ? Any other service without premium abo for this function ? Thanks a lot. Olivier
