Is there an auto sync for 9PP with Suunto app on iPhone

I enjoy my ne 9PP, but find it irritating that I need to manually sync it with the Suunto app on my iPhone at least 1 time per day, sometimes more often to keep all functions working (e.g. weather info). Is there an auto sync option?

Hi @wyced4, as far as I know, as long as you have the Suunto App running in the background, your watch will be automatically syncronised everynow and then. If this is not happening, I would check if you actually have the app running, and if you have “background app refresh” enabled for the Suunto App in iOS.
I also have a 9PP and my weather widget gets updated, I don’t do any manual action to get it updated and I don’t force any sync at all in the Suunto app.

Thanks, I did not have the background app update enabled. Have done so now and will check.
