APP Question, how to delete some entry from the watch

how do i remove some test/play entries in the APP?

Do you need to remove the activity from the app, from the watch or both ?
It’s not clear

the activities are in the logbook (watch), and you can delete it
and you can delete it from the app from the “edit” view

on both on the watch i found it.
AND
on the APP i found it to - not obvious to edit something to find the delete button.
