stand-up reminder time

How can I change the stand-up reminder time on the watch? Currently, the default time is set to 2 hours, but I would like to adjust it to 1 hour. What is the procedure to make this change?

It’s odd that something so basic can’t be adjusted, especially when competing watches allow this configuration easily. It seems they still haven’t grasped the difference between physical inactivity and sedentary behavior.

I would also like to adjust it to 1 hour (or anything else). 2 hours is too long. This request applies to all Suunto watches with the feature available.
