I tried searching this topic but didn’t find answer. My distance running hobby is duration & power based (I’m using Stryd pod). My simple requirements are usually managed with basic intervals or even auto-lap, but I noticed Race has the Structured Intervals/workout feature. Now I could program 12’30min intervals as coach designed instead of 13min! However, I do wonder about what the “current” power reading is when watch shows the current workout step. Is it 3s, 5s average or just current reading from the footpod or what? Interval average would serve me best… anything else is useless. I guess it’s not possible to modify the workout step screen content at the moment the same way to modify screen fields when creating new sports mode?

Thanks, and sorry if I’m asking something that has been answered elsewhere.

    Hannu

@Hannu-Liljemark power can be visualized on watch as 3, 10, and 30 seconds average, so what you see is I believe the 3s average.

@isazi thanks for the info! I’ll keep using those legacy intervals in that case so I have the fields I choose 👍
