New device - setup/troubleshooting

Afternoon team, I wonder if anyone can shed some light on what probably user rather than watch issues!
I have just picked up a Race S (first Suunto device since my Ambit 2!) as I’ve been getting increasingly frustrated with my Apple Watch Ultra which, while being a fine smartwatch, isn’t really a sports device.
However, have taken the S for its first run today and have come across some issues.
I use a Stryd pod and spend far too much time on a treadmill for Reasons and I appear to be able to either use it as a Stryd device on the Stryd ‘app’, or to provide pace to the watch, but not both which is frustrating as the watch pace was wildly off. Flattering, but I ain’t running a 4’ kilometre at my age!
Secondly, wrist based HR seems wildly off. I’m not discounting the possibility that it is accurate and instead it’s my HR that’s off, but for a power output that should be in the 145 mark, it pinned itself at 160+ suggesting that I was well in the anaerobic zone while I was certainly nowhere near that.
Finally, and possibly the biggest issue, is it possible to turn the notifications to vibrate only?

On the Stryd part, don’t use S+ Stryd app, it’s not helpful.
Pair your stryd as footpod to your watch and it’ll give you power, pace, distance and cadence.
