@Ghost I think those videos do help a lot. But ZoneSense is only a part of it, it is more an explanation of the Suunto training model and the tools that Suunto provides to support it.

@2b2bff Agreed, but ZoneSense redefines training logic and enhances the understanding of various applications related to HRV. In a sense, this is true, but this video series focuses on the new approach that ZoneSense introduces to training from the ground up. At least, that’s how I understood it—I may be wrong, as I’m not an expert in this field.
