How can i sycronized all may data in may watch

Hi, im trying to update my activities on my suunto race s. I use RunGap to update Strava with zwift and my old Garmin. In suunto app all is correct and my activitis are there but i update my Watch and my trainigs dosen’t appear. Only data but in my diary, sessions and my fc are not availabe. Looks like all its correct but i need to know how can i syncronize all my data in my Watch. I use to ride in zwift and i want to see my activitis also in my Watch not only in the app. Now only are activitis that i start from my Watch.
How can i fix it??

@Luis-de-Paz Training metrics including TSS, TSB, CTL will sync but the individual workouts will not sync back to the watch. So, what you want is not possible.
