Software Update 2.40.38 (2025 Q1)
-
 This is really great! I’ll give the turn-by-turn navigation a whirl this afternoon and report back. I know I’ve griped enough about it in the past, so I really appreciate any attention that has been given to it.
-
 Another change: with Amoled devices the top button can be used to pause the activity from the map screen
-
 In the watchface menu, where you can choose between the watchfaces, in my case the scrolling is working slowly.
-
 @pavel-samokha Well installed.
 First observation: we no longer see the airplane mode logo, even though airplane mode is activated.

 @pavel-samokha said in Software Update 2.40.38 (2025 Q1) Beta: @Felix-Felicis it’s honestly late, as release is planned really soon, but still appreciate if brave Suunto users try it now Is relase planned this week or later ? Thanks
-
 @Bogdan1921 In my SV works as always. No scrolling lag.
-
 @Clément-Lavabre Right. It only shows when you actually open the System setting widget
-
 I have never installed a beta. How do you do that? Is there a HowTo?
-
 @Bogdan1921 no lag for me on Race S.
-
 @runomatic just click the link on your phone where the Suunto App is installed. It will open in the Suunto App and download to your Watch…

 Not doing a double day today, so I’ll wait on someone else to test - curious as to what has changed since 2.39.34. - 22 New sports introduced. Now more than 100 sports to track with the watch
 Any chance of a list?

 @2b2bff I wanted to comment on this too, but you were faster I think it was added as a provocation after someone’s comment on this forum a long time ago I think it was added as a provocation after someone’s comment on this forum a long time ago

 @Francesco-Pagano I wonder what the Suunto Coach makes out of it. “You cleaned your house less than usual…”
-
 @Bogdan1921 Same here, quite a big lag actually, comparing to previous version. But only when scrolling down.
-
 @2b2bff lol it’s true!  There’s also e-bike and MTB e-bike, nice. And a wheelchairing as a sports mode… I guess. There’s also e-bike and MTB e-bike, nice. And a wheelchairing as a sports mode… I guess.

 Installed on both my SV and SRs, no particular lag
-
 Installed on my Race, I don’t see any lags while scrolling the watchfaces. Tomorrow I’ll test the turn-by-turn navigation
-
 I have made a 5km mountain biking with autopause on. Several times when I’ve start to move the screen was in autopause menu so the activity didn’t start. I have made a calibration before to start the activity.
