first night with the uodate and without any problems. The battery consumption also seems normal. Also had all dials on standard. But I didn’t lose sport mode for that

Sleeptracking and Battery Life looks good today on SPP9
Maybe found a tiny bug.
I wanted to start a timer for my coffee. The slept hours did show up. I switched to timer again, as configured long press on the top button here, 3min show up and wanted to start it but I couldn’t. The green triangle was missing.
I had to scroll down, select 3 minutes again and it worked.
If this is the only problem - great update so far.
Even there is a sports mode Meditation 🧘 with Box Breathing S+ included. I just created my own sportsmode for that recently and hey now there is it officially.
Sync works much faster than before too!
UI on the watch feels more responsive.

Hello, I just did a short walk on a route with turn-by-turn notifications. I would say that this new version is way better than the previous one, the notifications are shown about 15/20m before the next turn, and after each turn another notification remember the distance left to the destination. My route was very short (1.5km) with several turns separated by few tens of meters and the messages didn’t overlapped each other as before, that’s great, no more messed up notifications!
However, a couple of times I deliberately walked away from the route, the first time for about 20m, the second one for more than 60m and I didn’t get the OFF ROUTE warning, I hope this is just a bug since it was a very useful feature, a fundamental one I would say.
EDIT: I read other users stating that 15/20m is too short for fast activities and I have to agree, I think it’s perfect for walling/hiking but definitely too short for skiing, cycling, maybe even for running, it would be better if each kind of activity could have its appropriate distance for the next turn notification.

@Stefano-M64 Got the of Route Warning Yesterday quite quickly just about 20m after missing a turnpoint by decision. This was on the 9PP. Maybe it comes a bit late.

I do both
Backcountry Skiing: you ascend with a lift or cable car. Then ski down tracks in fresh snow away from the groomed slopes.
Ski Touring: You ascend with skins under your skis and ski down wherever you like.

@kriskus I don’t think you should do anything manually. I think release version is the same, so unlikely any update is needed. If it is still needed then Suunto App and watch will update automatically
