Thinking of getting a Race S

Hello all. I am looking to get a Suunto Race S. I currently have a garmin instinct and the gps is not as great as I would like. My workouts mostly include rucking for distance and then CrossFit style workouts is kettlebells and sand bags.
I am seeing if this watch is a good fit. Also with garmin I had 2 watches with them and the alarms for the morning never work. They work one day and the don’t work again.
My gps is just weird. I was told to get foot pot which I did. My rucking pace with the pod is about 13:30 and with out it is 16 mins. So something is way off.

GPS with Race S is great. Heart rate sensor is good for some and not good for others…
