Race S with decathlon HR belt

I recently bought the Decathlon HR Belt to have the HR when my race S is on the handlebars of my bike.

On the Suunto app, I have no problem. But with the race S, on the activity selection screen, the belt icon is not stable. It varies between grey, green and green with the HR. And during activity it’s the same, the value is displayed then goes away then comes back at regular intervals.

Do you have any idea how to fix the problem (I’ve already done a soft and hard reset)? And do you know if this HR belt is compatible with ZoneSense ?

@JousseG I use a decathlon belt and works without problems and supports ZoneSense.
When I have problems, it’s always the same reason: battery.

I always disconnect one of the terminals when not using to stop it from wasting battery (I’m not sure if this works, but hope so )

Same here, with Decathlon HRM belt and Suunto Race

This belt has worked flawlessly with Garmin Fenix and Wahoo Bolt v2 for the last year.
