Race s gps performance

Hello, i got race s and i have problems with gps. I’ve done 3 exercises now, running, walkin and cycling. I ran 5k but suunto measured 8km and ride 1km test with a bicycle and it was 4km. I didn’t have any gps problems with ambit3. watch is placed correctly with no sleeve etc. covering it. Also waited for i while in opean area for the gps signal. Hr didnt also work, but i think it’s because of cold weather. Am i doing something wrong? Thank you for help!

Hi, i just wanted to come and tell an update:
My watch has performed very strong. First day i had some problems as i mentioned, but i also live deep in the woods. Im very satisfied with the watch overall. Gps is very precise. Hope this helps anybody who has gps troubles on first day.
