I just buy the Decathlon HR Belt to use ZoneSense function

![On the Suunto app, I have no problem. But with the race, on the activity selection screen, the belt icon is not stable. And during activity it’s the same, the value is displayed then goes away then comes back at regular intervals.768969560.355435.mp4 S__24698885.jpg

Do you have any idea how to fix the problem (I’ve already done a soft and hard reset)? And do you know if this HR belt is compatible with ZoneSense ?

      Thanks

@Sloan-FrehhhnChieDog… I have exactly the same problem. The heart rate starp works fine with my Hammerhead Karoo bike computer, with the Garmin 1040 and also with the Garmin 255s watch… Any help would be appreciated

@Sloan-FrenChieDog I have the decathlon belt and it work without any issues.
Maybe the one you got has a bad battery ?

Same problem here. The belt is easily paired with the watch but when I start activity, it connects only once for 2-3 sec per couple minutes. Then disconnects… and over and over again.

The battery change was the first thing I did when noticed unstable connection, but it didn’t help at all.

The belt has worked fine with Garmin Fenix 5 and Wahoo Bolt v2 for the last year. I also tested it positively with my wife’s Garmin Forerunner 45s, so definitely the belt is not the issue here.
