@sroggerini If you have the watch on your wrist and you don’t move for a certain time, the display goes black even though you have always on enabled. This works as designed, it’s not a bug.

My settings are: ‘Raise to wake = Full wake mode’ and ‘Always on display = enabled’ but unmodifiable.

did you try to reboot the watch? On my Race with the last FW, “Always on display” can be selected

@timecode With the previous FW version the behaviour were not the same, in standby the display showed the time like a ‘screensaver’…

@sroggerini not possible, this has always been like this, if watch is unused the display goes dark to save battery. Moving your wrist is enough. If not on wrist, moving the watch or pressing a button is enough. If your watch does not behave this way, reboot it.

@isazi I try to reboot my watch many times but the behaviour is always the same. When the display become dark because in standby, the only way to resume it is to push a button, on wrist or moving the watch nothing happens…

my issue: raise to wake displays only blk/white not full color display. DND is disabled. I have tried the 12 sec reset but does not fix the issue. Any ideas?
