I have been very annoyed by a problem over the last two years: during exercise, my watch would show a blank screen and restart, interrupting the current exercise (on my wrist or attached to my bike handlebars). I figured out what the problem was by slightly hitting the watch against my desk, but I cannot accept that small shocks when I am wearing my watch during ski-touring may interrupt the effort. Is there a way to fix this? I feel that this sensitivity is variable. It is a pity because I was otherwise very satisfied with this watch.

Your description could look like an hardware issue, and you should contact support (if it is like this since two years, you could have contacted them earlier to benefit of the warranty).

@bertrand-cluzet What firmware are you using? I downgraded my firmware from the latest to an older firmware and the crashing stopped. I’m using 2.23.24 which was recommended a while back by another user and it’s rock solid stable! No more crashes!
