Sync issue - error loading data - sync not fully completed
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos How is this unrelated, this is the exact thing that is happening to me since around the same time. I now deactivated plus apps and new activities are back syncing, but old ones are still failing and it shows the exclamation mark every time I try to sync

Logs sent and sent PM with email address.

Hi @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos, logs sent and PM with email too. Hope it helps.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I think it is related, maybe I haven’t express myself correctly. I’ve shared in my Drive a video of what happens on my iPhone. I hope I can share it here. I would appreciate sone help to solve this issue without losing any data.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos same issue as others - still not synching last weeks mountaineering routes.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos sorry to ask but I can‘t find a related post on how to extract the log from the watch - a s it is not syncing the log is not on the app. Or am I missing something? So far all activities (swim, run
, cycling) are syncing except hiking on july 10). -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Hello, like everyone else, I have a problem with activity synchronization. Today I turned off Suunto Plus and the activity was uploaded to both the Suunto and Strava apps. But the old activities (13 in total) are still in error mode and not uploaded. I wanted to send logs according to your instructions, but I can’t do that in the app either. Of course, I’ve tried all the recommendations several times and I have the latest iOS and Suunto app updates. What can I do please? -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos we got a winner! Just updated the IOS App and sync worked as a charm!
Thank YOU and all the Suunto team! -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos what is the process to fix this I have a large mountaineering activity not syncing and have another tomorrow need to resolve.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I can’t find anything on how to send logs. Please pint me there.
-
In the end I opted for a hard reset.
I went onto the General Setting in the watch and chose Reset Settings.
This deletes all the data on the watch, so I lost all the activities I wanted to keep (one doesn’t climb Mont Blanc every day).
Afterwards, I deleted the app on the phone and started all over again.
Log in, link devices, and now it seems to sync correctly.Just in case I’ve opted to keep Weather, Sun rise/set, Media control, and all other non essential features inactive.
-
@nagore.salaberria oh that’s a shame mate! The latest IOS App has fixed the issue on my end
-
that is correct. The iOS app should be out that fixes the remaining issue on IOS side.
Thank you all for the logs and help!
Sorry for the late reply but I was vacationing at a bike park.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
In an attempt to help less tech-savvy friends, can you tell me what the IOS version should be after the update in question?
Thank you -
@Danny-poleg I use TestFlight version 2.47.3., which should also be the latest official release available in App Store.
-
@Milan-Šádek thank you
