Stuck on Service Mode

Hi all,
My Suunto Ocean is locked in service mode, and I do not know what else to do so it comes back to normal. Let me first explain what led me to this situation:

2 days ago, the watch went on diving mode sporadically whilst being on the surface- How did it happen? I am still wondering as I had no contact with water at that time at all, and of course, I was inland.

As in previous times, today, the HR green light has decided to stop continuously making it impossible for any HR and other associated parameters to be tracked. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me since I have had the watch.
I am finding this watch super annoying, and my satisfaction with it has decreased a lot. I feel there is hardly any support from the company regarding the firmware, and I believe it has many bugs… I do not know what is the general feeling.
Any ideas on how I solve this matter? I have left the watch charging, trying to push the 3 buttons at once with and without the charger, and I dunno what else to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Datego contact support, everything that you describe should not happen (never happened on my Ocean) and therefore your unit may be faulty
