      Is there a way turn on/off the flash light during activity without pausing the activity? IMHO, having to pause the activity every time I turn on/off the light is very inconvenient.

        @Highlands I have just checked this and it doesn’t seem to pause the activity.

        On any screen except map hold bottom button for 3 seconds and the option come up. Scroll down and turn flash light on/off. Activity continues without pause.

            When can we expect a new FW version? My point is that on the original FW version 2.42.42, my watch works correctly - as far as the behavior of the middle button is concerned - but the GPS seems inaccurate compared to the newer version and I expect a correction of my problem with the middle button after waking up with a hand movement. Thanks.

                @stromdiddily I normally used Fenix 7 Pro and Apple Watch Series 10 and 11 with overlapping data that let me analyze sleep and behaviors that improved or worsened its quality.
                The Vertical 2 loses hours of sleep (because the HR sensor randomly shuts off) and the phase durations are consequently wrong.
                I don’t need another device… I want the one I have to work on par with the others. The technology and hardware allow it, I still think it’s just a major software problem.

                      Disappointed by the ongoing issues with the OHR, I sent my Vertical 2 in for service. The battery drain was also abnormal. Since it didn’t seem to be a common issue here on the forum, I decided to ship the device in. Fingers crossed it gets sorted out.

                              @Audaxjoe Yes! The service was much faster than expected.
                              The watch arrived today, replaced with a new one.
                              In the next few days I’ll see how it performs and whether I was just unlucky with a defective unit.

                                  Vertical 2 is finally on sale in Türkiye, but it’s very expensive. I’m already happy with Vertical 1. Maybe Vertical 5 too 🙂

                                    I just wanted to say: So glad I got the Vertical 2 instead of the Race 2. Yesterday I wore gloves on my run. Couldn’t imagine how to use the crown button 🙂
