Watch occasionally restarts itself

Hi, i’m on watch OS version 2.44.52 and since i ended up in the attached screen while trying to upload map data, the watch restarts occasionally by itself. The watch goes black, then the Suunto logo appears (not the red triangle if you switch on the watch) and at the end the watch face appears.
Any idea how to fix this?

@halajos thank you. I did a hard reset in the meantime. Let me see if this helps. Otherwise I’ll try the rollback.
