I’m trying to extend my Run battery and considering the “Power Savimg” (not GPS mode) but what it actually turning off? How less frequent is Hr readings? Does this affects other metrics especially for sleeping? Is it worth activating it?

Below is only thing I found in manual so far:
“Your watch includes a power saving option that turns off all vibration and reduces display brightness and the frequency of daily HR measurement to extend battery life during normal daily use”

Afaik there’s no daily HR -> no sleep -> no HRV, no raise to wake, touch stays enabled.
BT stays operational so you can use SA and any device during an activity. OHR remains operational during an activity.

        Is it worth activating it?

It depends on whether sleep, daily HR and HRV matter to you
