Best Satellite Position in Mid Atlantic US?

I recently upgraded from my Suunto Spartan Ultra (purchased in 2019) to the Vertical 2 and noticed there are more satellite positioning options available. Has anyone tested these in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S.? I’d love recommendations for the best settings in both remote mountainous areas and urban environments.

@sricejr different from the Spartan watches, the GNSS systems cannot be customized. The chipset will use, whatever is available best from all systems.
