Stop sync for data, but Message allert still works

the sync of activity stopped working, but Message alerts for weather or news still works.
how to force the sync of sport data’s? without loosing something?

Last sync is on the 28.11, no update did happen (Auto-update is disabled)

Verical firmware version?

On the Vertical how to find out? But i did not do updates because it changed the WF Outdoor in a way i did not like

And it is just not working the Vertical Tour and Sport data don’t go to the Mobile.
If a Message or Call arrive to the Mobile i got information on may Vertical!
