Improve time on same route
-
I want to ask for help. What is most simple way to improve on same route. I recorded activity yesterday. I would like to repeat same exact route every day and go little faster.
Is there something like ghost mode where i can navigate same path and see my previouse time in realtime?
Lets say i start walk and every 500m or (any other configured distance) it will just not say lap time only, but lap time and diff time.
For example:
1 day:
500m 6m0s
1000m 12m0s
1500m 18m0s2 day
500m 5m45s +15s
1000m 11m30s +30s
1500m 17m0s +60s -
@Tomas5 There’s nothing at the moment, and I dream of something like that too.
For now, you’re left with using waypoints with time. -
@maszop but how? Can waypoint contain some countdown? I have exact spots where i would be ok to place count downs with target times at that location. Even i would be ok to do manual laps at exact locations. I just don’t want to remember times and do calculation in head.

I am going to look into training configuration, maybe i find something usefull.
In other way i can at least do oposite, set target hearthrate and just observe if my time improve over time with same hearth rate. That can work too.

So suunto Ai couch is not usable in this scenario and suunto plus apps are specificaly used for improve running speed but not something i am looking for. For now i will stick to target hearth rate zone. It will provide basic feedback. Unfortunatelly route has diffrent grade in different parts so by walking fast i will not be able to reach hearthrate zone on flat part of it.

No, there’s nothing advanced at all.
I simply add the desired time to the waypoint name and compare it to the current activity duration.
A very primitive and inconvenient “solution”. -
@maszop thanks for clarification
